What is Bright Side Play?
Bright Side Play is an educational and development-minded indoor children’s playspace designed to be highly stimulating to kids and peaceful for parents. Our services include open play Monday through Friday, party packages, weekly classes, and monthly memberships.

After successful registration, you will receive an email from us with additional information about your membership.
What’s included in my membership?
We have several membership plans available that vary based on the number of children in your household and the frequency that you wish to visit our space. As a Bright Side Play member, you can expect discounted or unlimited open play, guest passes to bring friends, and early access to update and exciting news!
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Depends! If you are a month-to-month member, you can cancel a membership at any time via your membership login page. If you are an unlimited member, you must satisfy your 6 month commitment before cancelling your membership. If you have satisfied the 6 month commitment, you can also cancel your membership via your membership login page. To access that page, click the Account tab at the very top of our website. If you need assistance email info@brightsideplay.com.
*If you are considering cancelling a membership, keep in mind that any special promotional pricing or discount you have could be lost if you cancel your membership and then decide to renew at a later date.
I’m a member. When can I come to open play?
Any time you like during normal open play hours, Monday through Friday, provided we have capacity!! We cap our open play to ensure there is ample room for kids and adults to move around and enjoy the space. As a result, we always encourage you to pre-book your open play on our website to reserve your spot, especially on school holidays or during the summer.
Do I have to reserve a spot in advance for open play?
You do not have to book in advance, walk-ins are welcome. However, we highly encourage that you book your spot ahead of time to ensure you have access to the space. This is especially true for school holidays and summer.
Do I get a discount on parties?
Perhaps! If you are a member looking to book a party, email us at play@brightsideplay.com to see if we have any member promotions on party bookings.

As a member, is there ever a reason I wouldn't be able to bring my kids for open play on a weekday?
The only instance when you would not be able to participate in open play on a weekday would be if you stopped by as a walk-in and we were already at capacity.
However, if you pre-book your visit (it won’t cost anything extra, it simply reserves your spot!) then you are guaranteed admission during that window of time. We always encourage pre-booking your visit, especially on school holidays, bad weather days, and during the summer!
